Have you been scammed?

It is very sad for any of our users to be a victim of fraud. As we explain in detail in the section about the “Buy via Vendora” service , this service was created precisely to avoid actions of this nature. For Vendora, creating a large and safe community of users is a priority. Do you want to take a look here so that it does not happen to you again in the future?

If you have been the victim of misinformation – with the intention of fraud – by someone, we suggest that you report it to the cybercrime department and send us a copy of the report. We retain information such as email addresses and IP addresses to assist law enforcement in related cases.

After you send us relevant information about the user and your contact to support@vendora.gr (contact details, whether they were a buyer or seller, which ad was contacted for, what was the amount that was attempted or stolen, how the transaction was carried out, as well as a copy of it if available), we will immediately inform our platform’s operational support to block the account that was linked to the user.
