What is it?
The Super Seller badge is a recognition awarded to Vendora’s top sellers. It appears on the bottom-right corner of your profile photo so you stand out, and it is visible to all users. This badge increases buyer trust and can help boost your sales.
The three levels of Super Seller:
Each level reflects your performance and reliability as a seller on Vendora.
Bronze – For sellers who meet the basic criteria.
Silver – For sellers with strong performance.
Gold – The highest level, awarded to top-performing sellers.
How do I become a Super Seller?
To earn the Super Seller badge, you must meet the following criteria:

When can I lose the badge?
You may lose your Super Seller badge if you no longer meet the criteria for your current level. If your performance drops, you may:
- Be downgraded from Gold to Silver or Bronze.
- Lose the badge entirely if you no longer meet the minimum Bronze requirements.
Don’t worry – you can always earn it back by improving your performance. You will be notified if there is a change in your level.
The Super Seller badge is awarded daily to those who meet the criteria, while badge removal or downgrades occur on the 1st of each month.
