This service is available for packages up to Y: 36cm, W: 45cm, M: 60cm and weighing 20kg (e.g. hand luggage).

How it works

1. Payment of the buyer

On the listing page, the buyer presses the ‘Buy Now’ button. Then select parcel delivery with BOX NOW, if the seller has activated the BOX NOW option. The buyer enters an address, area or zip code and finds a BOX NOW. See here the BOX NOW network

Alternatively, the seller can send a payment request. After buyer and seller find them at the price the item will be sold, the seller goes to the bottom left of their conversation with the buyer and presses the ‘Request payment’ button.

  • At the beginning the payment details will be requested (item price agreed with the buyer).
  • In the next step, select a shipment with BOX NOW (default) and select the size of the locker (the parcel must not exceed the dimensions of the locker).

Shipping costs are no longer prepaid by the seller. They are automatically calculated upon payment of the buyer if he chooses a delivery method (in a box or address).

After submitting the request, the buyer will be automatically notified who will have to proceed with payment.

2. Send a seller’s package

After completing the payment, the seller will be automatically notified to ship the parcel. By following the steps, the seller receives the instructions and label. The shipping costs will have been paid by the buyer, the seller simply delivers the parcel to any BOX NOW locker. All you will need is the tracking code.

Important information for shipping the parcel with BOX NOW:

  • Keep a photo of the item before sending it.
  • Make sure your package does not exceed the dimensions of the locker.
  • Write the tracking code on the package or print and affix to the package the shipping label that you will find attached to the email you will receive.
  • Go to your nearest BOX NOW.
  • Enter the tracking code and press OK.
  • The hatch door will open automatically. Place the package in the locker and close the door.

3. Receipt of the parcel by the buyer

When the parcel is available for collection from the box chosen by the buyer, it is automatically updated by BOX NOW via SMS.

The buyer receives the PIN and location of the mailbox chosen during payment, goes to the mailbox and enters the PIN. The hatch door will open automatically.
