Maximum parcel size allowed:
- Shipments with dimensions up to:
Height: 35 cm, Width: 44 cm, Length: 60 cm, and up to 20 kg in weight. - With the exception of shipments between Greece and Cyprus, where the limit is:
Height: 17 cm, Width: 44 cm, Length: 60 cm, and up to 7 kg in weight.
For shipments to or between islands, the shipping cost includes an additional €1 surcharge.
How it works
Are you a seller? Send your parcel with BOX NOW:
- You will need to enable the BOX NOW shipping option on your listing so the buyer can choose it during checkout.
- After the buyer completes the payment, you will select the locker size. Make sure your parcel does not exceed the dimensions of the locker you choose. There are 3 available sizes:
- Small: H: 7 cm, W: 44 cm, L: 60 cm
- Medium: H: 17 cm, W: 44 cm, L: 60 cm
- Large: H: 35 cm, W: 44 cm, L: 60 cm (not available for Greece ↔ Cyprus shipments)
- You will then receive a prepaid shipping label as well as the shipping code.
- Drop off your parcel at the nearest BOX NOW locker.
Enter the tracking code, press OK, and the locker door will open so you can place your parcel inside.

Important notice:
For shipments between Greece and Cyprus, according to IATA air-transport regulations, an additional UN3481 label is included on the shipping label. This label must be attached to all parcels containing items or devices with batteries, such as: laptops, tablets, mobile phones, cameras, flashlight batteries, e-cigarettes, AirPods, and other everyday electronic devices.
The shipment of SPRAY devices or flammable materials is strictly prohibited.

Are you a buyer? Pick up your parcel with BOX NOW:
You can choose BOX NOW locker pickup during checkout.
Select the locker where you want your parcel to be delivered.
When the parcel is ready for pickup, you will automatically receive an SMS from BOX NOW. In the same message, you will also receive the PIN needed to open the locker.
Use the PIN to unlock the locker and collect your parcel.
