Here are the reasons and the actions you need to take:
Refund dispute
The seller did not accept the refund request. We are carefully reviewing the evidence and will contact you as soon as we have more information. Please note that this will take a few days.
Failure to pay for return shipping costs
The seller accepted the return, but did not pay for the shipping label in time. The buyer will send the item to Vendora’s office. If the seller wants to pick it up, they must contact Customer Service and cover the return shipping costs.
Shipping Delay
The seller or buyer did not ship the package on time. If the item is not shipped within the next 24 hours, we will proceed with a refund or release the payment accordingly.
Delivery Failure
Please contact the shipping company directly to locate your package and resolve any delivery issues.
- If the buyer does not receive the item , it will be returned to the seller. In this case, the transaction will be completed and the buyer will receive a refund.
- If the seller does not receive the returned item, it will be sent back to the buyer. In this case, the buyer will need to contact Customer Support to arrange for the item to be returned to Vendora’s office.
Once we receive it, the buyer will receive a refund and the seller will need to issue a new shipping label to pick up the item from our office.
Return rejected by seller
We are carefully reviewing the situation and will update you within the next few days. Thank you for your patience.
Failed face-to-face meeting
For face-to-face meeting transactions, the inspection is done during the meeting. If anything illegal happened, please report it to the police and send us a copy of the report within 24 hours. Otherwise, the transaction will be completed with payment release.
