Sending a parcel with DPD (EU deliveries)

DPD is one of the largest European road transport networks, offering reliable cross-border deliveries from Greece to multiple European destinations. Through Vendora’s partnership with DPD, sellers in Greece can ship parcels to buyers across Europe.

Buyer instructions

When a seller has DPD enabled, buyers from all over Europe can choose DPD as their delivery method during checkout.

If DPD is not available at checkout, buyers can contact the seller via chat and ask them to enable DPD either:

  • from Sell your item page,
  • From Edit your ad page
  • by sending a payment request with DPD enabled.

Once the transaction is accepted, the seller is responsible for preparing and shipping the parcel.

Seller instructions

After the buyer completes payment, the seller will be notified to proceed with shipping.

From the transaction page, select Instructions & Shipping and follow the steps to generate the shipping voucher / label.

Make sure the item is packaged carefully, especially for international shipments.

Once the label is created:

  • Print and attach it clearly to the parcel
  • Drop off the parcel at any ACS store – ACS partners with DPD for delivery
  • DPD will handle the delivery to the buyer’s destination

Package limits & dimensions

Each shipment may contain one parcel with:

  • Maximum weight: up to 20 kg (actual weight)
  • Minimum dimensions: 22.9 cm × 16.2 cm
  • Maximum side length per parcel: 175 cm
  • Maximum dimensions rule:
    The sum of length + (2 × height) + (2 × width) must not exceed 300 cm

Make sure the size and weight entered in the listing are accurate.
