Creating an ad with Snap to Sell

Snap to Sell lets you create a Vendora listing simply by taking or uploading photos of your item. Vendora uses the information from your photos to prepare the listing for you, so you don’t have to fill in everything manually.

How do I use Snap to Sell?

Open Snap to Sell from the Vendora Menu or when starting a new listing.

Then:

  1. Take photos of your item or upload existing photos.
  2. Add at least 3 photos.
  3. If needed, add a short note with extra information about the item.
  4. Submit the photos and Vendora will start creating your listing automatically.

You don’t need to wait for the listing to finish. You can immediately take or upload photos of another item and create several listings in the same session.

What happens while my listing is being created?

Vendora creates each listing separately.

When a listing is ready, you’ll receive a notification on your screen for that specific item.

Where can I find the listings created with Snap to Sell?

Go to:

My ads → Drafts

Your generated listings will appear there once they are ready.

Is my listing published automatically?

No.

Listings created with Snap to Sell are saved as drafts first.

Before publishing, open the draft and review the generated details. You can edit anything that needs changing, including the category, description, price, photos and other listing information.

Once everything looks correct, you can publish the listing.

How many photos do I need?

You need to add at least 3 photos of the item.

For better results, use clear photos that show the whole item, its different sides and any important details or signs of wear.

Can I create several listings at once?

Yes.

After submitting one item, you can immediately start taking or uploading photos for another one. You don’t need to wait for the previous listing to finish generating.

Each listing will appear separately in My ads → Drafts when it is ready.

Can I add information that may not be visible in the photos?

Yes.

You can add a short note before submitting your photos. Use it to mention useful information that Vendora may not be able to identify from the images alone.

Why was my item blocked?

If Vendora detects that the item may not be allowed for sale on the platform, Snap to Sell may not create the listing automatically.

You’ll see a warning banner informing you that the item was blocked.

This does not necessarily mean that you cannot list the item on Vendora. If you believe the item is allowed, you can still create the listing manually. The listing will then go through Vendora’s regular moderation process for review.

You can check which items are not allowed on Vendora in our Prohibited items policy.

Why is my listing only partially completed?

Sometimes Vendora may not be able to generate all the information needed for your listing from the photos and note you provided.

In this case, you’ll see a banner informing you that the listing is partially completed.

Your draft will still be created. Open it from My ads → Drafts, review the information that was generated and manually complete any missing fields before publishing.

Do I still need to check the generated listing?

Yes.

Snap to Sell is designed to make creating a listing faster, but automatically generated information may sometimes be incomplete or inaccurate.

Always review your draft before publishing and update anything that needs to be corrected or completed.
