What are offers on listings?
On Vendora, buyers can make offers on listings. As a seller, you can manage the offers you receive through the chat.
How it works
I am a buyer
As a buyer on Vendora, you can make an offer on any listing.
Your offer can be up to 25% lower than the listed price, and shipping costs are not included in the offer amount.
Each submitted offer has an expiration date: if the seller takes no action within 3 days, the offer expires.
Additionally, if you change your mind, you can cancel your offer at any time.
- When you make an offer, you will see suggested options at 5% and 15% lower than the original price, or you can enter your own amount – up to 25% below the listing price.
I am a seller
As a seller, you can counteroffer, reject, or accept a buyer’s offer.
Each offer has an expiration date: if you take no action within 3 days, the offer expires.
- Buyers can offer up to 25% below the price you set, ensuring all offers remain within a fair range.
Creating a bundle of items
If you want to buy multiple items from the same seller, you can create a bundle.
This helps you save on shipping and negotiate a better price.
How it works:
- If you want to buy more than one item from the same seller, tap “Create Bundle” at the bottom of the listing.
- Alternatively, you can visit the seller’s profile and create a bundle by selecting the items you’re interested in.
- The bundle price updates each time you add or remove an item.
- When you’re done, tap “Create Bundle” to continue and submit your offer.
- Once the seller accepts the offer, they will choose a delivery method for the bundle so you can complete the payment.
- Important details
When you make an offer on a listing, remember that it applies only to the item price.
The seller sets the price, and offers can be up to 25% lower than the listing price (excluding shipping).
When submitting an offer, you can choose one of the suggested options (5% or 15% lower) or enter your own offer, as long as it remains within the 25% limit. - To keep the platform running smoothly, we have set some rules regarding the frequency of offers.
- For a single listing, we allow one active offer per subcategory.
For example: if you make an offer on a mobile phone, you cannot make another offer on a different mobile phone.
To make an offer on the second phone you saw, you must cancel your offer on the first, or the seller must reject it. - For bundles, we allow 2 active offers per day.
For example: if you want to make an offer on a bundle but already have 2 active bundle offers, you must cancel one or wait for the seller to reject it.
- For a single listing, we allow one active offer per subcategory.
