You can send a private discounted offer to an eligible buyer who favorited your listing and whom you haven’t been in touch with.
Where can I send a private offer?
Open your listing – the same page where you can edit the listing and view its statistics.
If the listing has eligible interested buyers, a Send private offer section will appear with a preview of their profiles.
To send an offer:
- Select Send private offer.
- Choose a buyer from the list.
- Enter your offer price.
- Review and confirm the offer.
If the section does not appear, the listing currently has no likers to whom you can send an offer.
Who can I send an offer to?
You will see eligible buyers who recently added the listing to their favorites.
You cannot send an offer to:
- buyers you have already chatted with about the listing
- buyers you have blocked or who are no longer available on Vendora
- buyers who have already received an offer from you.
How many offers can I send?
You can send one private offer per day, regardless of how many listings you have. Your daily limit resets at 19:00.
How much can I discount the price?
Your offer must be at least 5% lower than the listing price. The listing must be published, accept offers, and have a price higher than €0.10.
How will the buyer receive my offer?
The offer will appear as a message in their private chat. You cannot add a personal message to it. The buyer will have the option to Accept, Reject, Counteroffer, or send you a message.
How long does the offer remain available?
The buyer has 72 hours to accept or reject your offer. If they do not respond within this period, the offer will expire automatically. However, the chat will remain available, so the buyer can still return and send you a message.
What happens if the offer is rejected or expires?
The chat will remain available, and the buyer can still message you or make you an offer. You will not be able to message them first unless they send you a message.
Can I send another offer to the same buyer?
No. Once you have contacted a buyer about a listing, they will no longer appear among the people eligible to receive a private offer for that listing.
