This service is available for shipments up to 36 cm high, 45 cm wide, 60 cm long and weighing up to 20 kg (e.g. hand luggage).
How does it work?
1. Buyer payment
On the listing page, the buyer clicks on the “Buy Now” button. Then, they choose to have the item delivered with BOX NOW, if the seller has enabled the BOX NOW delivery option. The buyer enters an address, area, or zip code and finds a BOX NOW machine.
Alternatively, the seller can send a payment request. Once the buyer and seller agree on the price at which the item will be sold, the seller goes into their chat with the buyer and clicks the “Start Deal” button.
- Initially, payment details (the price of the item agreed with the buyer) will be requested.
- In the next step, select delivery with BOX NOW (by default) and the size of the box (the shipment must not exceed the dimensions of the vending machine).
Shipping costs are no longer paid in advance by the seller. They are calculated automatically during the buyer’s checkout when the buyer selects a shipping method.
Once the request is submitted, the buyer will be automatically notified and must proceed to payment.

2. Sending the shipment to the seller
After the payment is completed, the seller will be automatically notified to send the shipment. Following the steps, the seller receives the instructions and the label. The shipping costs will be paid by the buyer, the seller simply delivers the shipment to any BOX NOW box. The only thing that will be needed is the tracking code.
Important information about sending the shipment with BOX NOW:
- Keep a photo showing the contents of the package.
- Make sure your shipment does not exceed the dimensions of the vending machine.
- Write the tracking code on the package or print and stick the shipping label attached to the package in the email you received.
- Go to the nearest BOX NOW machine.
- Enter the tracking code and click OK.
- The box door will open automatically. Place the package inside and close the door.

3. Receiving the shipment from the buyer
When the shipment is available for pickup at the machine selected by the buyer, he will be automatically notified by BOX NOW via SMS.
The buyer receives a PIN code and the location of the machine selected at checkout, goes to the machine and enters the 6-digit PIN code. The machine door opens automatically.
You no longer need to wait at home to pick up a product or wait in line at the courier company’s office.
