My ad is paused. What should I do?
If your listing is paused, it indicates that the quality control department has made changes that you need to accept or has requested modifications to your ad before it can be published. You will be notified of any such action via email. If you do not find an email from us in your “Inbox,” please check your Spam/Junk folder to ensure you don’t miss important communication.
Maintain an ad.
Ads on our platform are active for a period of 60 days. As the expiration date approaches, you will receive an email notification, allowing you to renew the ad if you choose.

Can I deactivate/hide my ad temporarily?
Yes, you can. First you log in and then click on the option “My ads”. Click on the ad you want to temporarily deactivate and press the switch that says “published”.
Hidden ads are the ones that you have temporarily disabled. You can publish them at any time.
How can I edit my ad?
If you need to edit your ad, first log in and then click on the “My ads” option.
Then click on the “Edit ad” option to edit your ads.
How can I delete my ad?
To delete your ad, first log in and then click on “My ads”.
When you are on the ad page, click “Delete your ad”.
