How is the percentage of successful sales calculated?

What is your success rate?
It’s the percentage of items you’ve uploaded that are successfully shipped or delivered to the buyer (if you choose “Meet in person”). It appears on your seller profile so buyers can assess your credibility.

Does canceling a transaction affect my percentage?
Yes, your percentage is affected if an order has been paid for but:

  • You don’t accept the order.
  • You accept it but don’t send the item.
  • Cancel the order after accepting it.

However, if you cancel an order to change the shipping method (e.g., from/to Meet in Person or change shipping), this does not affect your percentage, as long as the sale is ultimately completed. When the item is successfully sold to the same buyer (as a new order), your percentage will be adjusted accordingly.

When does my percentage change?
Your percentage only decreases if the sale process is permanently canceled without being successfully completed.

How often is it updated?
Your percentage is recalculated every day. If the same item sells successfully later, your percentage will increase.
