You can post your ad – here.

To post a new ad you must be logged in to your Vendora account here.

Detailed instructions on how to post your ad.

Then fill in the following fields:

1. What you want to sell: Choose a title for your listing and upload photos. Upload the most beautiful and clear photos. (Minimum size 600 x 600 pixels). More photos give a better impression of your items (up to 12 photos).

2. Category: Based on the title of the ad and the photos, we will suggest some categories. Select one of the suggested categories or click ‘Choose manually’ at the bottom of the window. 97% of successful sales start from category search. Please make sure to put your ad in the right category.

3. Details. Write down as much information and interesting details as you can. A comprehensive description is a prerequisite for a successful sale.

4. Price. Select transaction type and item price. Try to find a price that will be attractive – choose the option to allow interested buyers to suggest another price.

5. How will you deliver your item?

  • Ship anyhwere: For items that can be shipped as a parcel.
    You can ship your item as a parcel. The buyer will pay directly online using the Vendora buyer protection. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Learn more.
  • Meet & Pickup: For large and fragile items.
    The buyer is able to pay directly online using Vendora’s buyer protection. Learn more.

6. Contact details. Fill in your contact details, your address and press the button “Post ad”. We will not share your exact address with anyone. If you do not want to fill in the exact address, fill in only the street without the number.

After clicking “Post ad”, your ad is published on our page and a message appears that your ad has been published!

* If your item meets the weight and dimension requirements, you will be given the opportunity to activate the shipping option with Box Now.

I can’t find the category

If your item doesn’t align with existing categories, you can upload your ad to the “Other” category and inform us through email.

When there’s significant demand for a specific category, we proactively create new categories and automatically move relevant ads to their appropriate places to enhance the user experience.

I can’t upload photos.

Every photo you upload to your ad must have a minimum resolution of 600 x 600 pixels and a maximum of up to 10,000 x 10,000 pixels. This requirement is in place to ensure that photos with lower resolution do not display correctly on our platform. You can check the resolution of your photo by right-clicking on it and viewing its properties.

Change photo resolution.

To ensure optimal image quality, avoid saving photos via Facebook, as it significantly reduces the resolution of the image.

If the resolution still falls below the minimum requirement of 600 x 600 pixels, consider finding similar photos with higher resolution or take new photos without reducing their size when saving. This approach will help maintain the best possible appearance and high definition of your objects on our platform.

Can I use indicative photos of the product I sell?

Yes!


While you can use your own photos, it is advisable not to use standard stock photos. Taking your own photos that clearly showcase the product you are offering is recommended. Aim to include 3 or more photos (up to 12), displaying the product from various angles. This approach helps prospective buyers assess the condition of the product and enhances transparency in your listing.

Can I upload screenshots?

No.

The rationale behind recommending against screenshots is that they may not present the product in a visually appealing manner suitable for advertising. Using your own, clear photos helps ensure the quality of your ad, and it reduces the likelihood of rejection by our quality control department.
