I live in a supported country but cannot check out. What should I do?
If you cannot buy an item, message the seller and ask them to enable the matching courier (Geniki Taxydromiki, Speedy, or DPD) for their listing. Once they enable it, you will be able to purchase the item if it is suitable for shipping.
How will I receive my parcel?
For international deliveries, our integrated couriers (Geniki Taxydromiki, Speedy, and DPD) hand over your parcel to trusted local partners in your country. Delivery will follow the local partner’s standard procedures, which may include home delivery or a local pickup point.
How long does delivery take?
While times vary by destination, most international shipments arrive within 7–14 business days.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking code directly in the Vendora app so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Because the parcel travels by road between countries, tracking updates may not show up very often. This is completely normal and there’s nothing to worry about.
You’ll also receive courier notifications when your parcel is out for delivery, ready for pickup, or delivered.
