How do reviews work on Vendora?
After completing a transaction, both buyers and sellers can leave feedback:

  • Rate from 1 to 5 stars (5 is the best).
  • Choose predefined positive or negative characteristics to describe your experience.
  • You don’t need to write anything – it’s a quick and simple process!

Once both buyer and seller have submitted their reviews, they are shared with the other party. If either party does not leave a review within 7 days, a 5-star review is automatically posted on their behalf.

Where do the ratings appear?
Ratings appear:

  • On the seller’s profile page.
  • On the seller’s listing page under the seller’s name.
  • In the chat, next to the seller’s name during transactions.

What happens if I don’t leave a review?
If you don’t submit a review, a 5-star review will be automatically posted.

Can I edit my review later?
No, reviews are final and cannot be changed, so think carefully before submitting and be polite!
