Cooperating Couriers & Prepaid Shipments

- Prepaid Shipping: When an item sells, a prepaid shipping label is automatically generated. This label can be printed and attached to your package, saving you time.
- Package Tracking: Once the package is shipped, tracking information is automatically shared with both the buyer and seller, ensuring transparency and trust.
- Reduced Shipping Costs: The buyer pays for shipping. Through the partnerships we have achieved, we provide buyers with low shipping costs, actively helping to increase sales.
Returns Policy
Our returns policy is designed to be fair to both sellers and buyers. It applies to items that differ from the description or photos in the listing:
- In case of shipment, after receiving the item, the buyer has 2 days to inspect it. If the item is rejected, the buyer sends a return request to the seller, stating the reason for the return. The seller is obliged to accept the return only if the photos or the description of the ad contain inaccuracies. Read here in which cases the buyer can request a return.
- If the seller does not accept the return, the transaction will be put on hold for a member of the transaction management team to handle.
- If the seller accepts the return, once they receive the item, they have 3 days to verify that it is in the same condition as it was sent. If the seller approves the item, the payment will be refunded to the buyer. If the seller does not approve it, the transaction will be put on hold and the issue will be resolved by a member of the transaction management team.
