Vendora’s mutual user ratings are crucial for both sellers and buyers as they enhance transaction transparency and foster trust within the Vendora community.
How do I review someone?
At the end of a transaction through the ” Buy via Vendora” service, you have the option to receive and leave a review. During the evaluation process, you can:
- Rate your experience with the seller or buyer of the transaction with 1 to 5 stars
- Point out some of the positive elements of the user during the transaction
- Point out some of the points for improvement of the user during the transaction
Both parties involved in the transaction will be prompted to rate each other based on their experience. The reviews will be published later on the profiles of both the buyer and the seller.
You have one week from the end of the transaction to submit your review. Automatic reminders will be sent to you during this period. If both parties submit their reviews within the week, both reviews will be published when the second review is submitted. However, if one party does not leave a review, the other will automatically receive a 5-star rating after a week.
How is my rating calculated?
Our rating system works as following:
- Your average rating is calculated based on the average number of stars you’ve received from other users.
- At the end of each transaction through the ” Buy via Vendora” service, you can receive or leave a review.
- All ratings contribute to the average number of stars you have received. If a user rates you multiple times for various transactions, each rating is considered with equal weight in calculating your overall average rating.
