Deposits
Opt for a bank transfer for your Vendora purchases by depositing money into your Vendora wallet. This wallet serves as a convenient payment method for in-platform purchases. Note that service costs apply in case of withdrawal.
Deposit instructions:
- Select ‘ Transactions’ from the menu.
- Click ‘Wallet’ and then click ‘Deposit’.
- Enter the amount you want to deposit and click ‘Transfer details’ to receive the IBAN and reference code you will need for the bank transfer.
- Transfer details are sent via email, you can also see them in your deposit history.
- You will be notified when the transfer of funds to your Vendora wallet is completed (usually 2-3 business days).
Withdrawals
If you sell an item through a Vendora, the amount will be transferred to your Vendora wallet. You can withdraw money and transfer any amount from your Vendora wallet to your bank account by performing the following steps.
Only in case of withdrawal a small service cost is applied. Read how the service cost is calculated.

Withdrawal instructions:
- Select ‘ Transactions’ from the menu.
- Click ‘Wallet’ and then press ‘Withdraw’.
- You will be asked to enter the following:
- The amount of money you want to transfer from your Vendora wallet to your bank account. You will see ta breakdown of the cost of the service and the amount you will receive.
- The bank account where you want to receive the money. If you haven’t added a bank account to your profile, you’ll be prompted to add one by providing relevant details such as IBAN and account holder information. Otherwise, you can choose from the existing accounts you have already added.
- Then press the ‘Withdraw’ button.
- The withdrawal of the amount from your Vendora Wallet is in progress. The withdrawal usually takes 2-3 business days, depending on the bank. You will be notified of its status.
Important information
- Identity verification.
If you are withdrawing for the first time, you will be required to verify your identity as part of the ‘”Know your customer” (KYC) process. You will need to submit photos of documents such as a passport or ID card. We will notify you once the document verification is complete, and you can proceed with the withdrawal using the steps mentioned above. - Partial withdrawal.
To avoid additional charges from your bank, you can enable the partial withdrawal function. When activated, we “break” the total amount you wish to transfer from your Vendora Wallet to your bank account into separate credits. This approach helps you avoid extra charges from your bank, ensuring you don’t lose a single euro!
