Withdrawals
If you sell an item through Vendora, the amount will be transferred to your digital wallet (Vendora Wallet). You can withdraw money and transfer any amount from your Vendora Wallet to your bank account by following the steps provided.
A small service fee is applied only when making a withdrawal. Read in detail how the service fee is calculated.
Alternatively, you can use your balance to buy something through Vendora or to promote one of your listings. Read more here.
You can now also transfer your earnings directly into a gift card and redeem it at a participating store without any extra fees. Simply choose the gift card you want during the withdrawal process from your Vendora Wallet. Read more here.
Withdrawal Instructions:
- Select “Transactions” from the menu.
Tap “Wallet” and then tap “Withdraw.” - You will be asked for the following:
- • The amount you want to transfer from your Vendora Wallet to your bank account (minimum withdrawal amount: €5).
Underneath, you’ll see the service fee and the final amount you will receive. - • The bank account where you want to receive the money.
If you haven’t added a bank account to your profile, you’ll be asked to add one by entering your details (IBAN – Account holder information).
If you already have accounts saved, simply choose one from the list. - Then tap the “Withdraw” button.
- Your withdrawal is now being processed. The amount will appear on your card within 3–5 business days, depending on the bank you use, which is responsible for completing the credit.
Deposit
Prefer using a bank transfer for your purchases on Vendora? You can deposit money into your Vendora Wallet and use it as a payment method for purchases on the platform. A service fee applies only if you later withdraw the amount.

*There is a €0.25 payment fee for transactions related to topping up your Vendora Wallet.
Deposit instructions:
- Select “Transactions” from the menu.
- Tap “Wallet” and then tap “Top-Up.”
- Enter the amount you want to deposit and tap “Transfer details” to receive the IBAN and reference code you’ll need for the bank transfer.
- The transfer details are sent to you via email and can also be found in your Top-Up History. You will need them to complete the bank transfer to your Vendora Wallet through your bank.
- You will be notified once the transfer is completed and the money has been added to your Vendora Wallet (usually within 3–5 business days).
