Refunds

As part of the ” Buy via Vendora” service, you also have the option of a refund if the item you received differs from the description in the ad.

Transaction with parcel shipment

  • The buyer has 2 days to inspect the delivered parcel, either approving the purchase or requesting a return if the item differs from the ad’s description.
  • To initiate a return, the buyer must ship the package back using the “Return Item” option in the transaction summary.
  • The seller can accept or reject the return request.
  • f the seller takes no action and the return request expires, the buyer can return the parcel for a refund.
  • Upon receiving the returned parcel, the seller has 5 days to inspect the item’s condition and approve or reject the return.
  • After the seller’s approval, the payment is refunded to the buyer, with the amount appearing in the buyer’s account in 3-5 business days, depending on the bank.
  • If the seller rejects the return, the transaction enters dispute, and a Vendora mediator will resolve the issue, with updates provided accordingly.

Transaction with meeting in person

  • During the meeting, the buyer has 30 minutes to inspect the item and decide to approve or reject it.
  • If the buyer approves the item, the seller proceeds with delivering it. Before approval, the buyer must ensure that the item matches the ad’s description. Once approved, there is no possibility of return.
  • If the buyer encounters an issue with the item, they can click “Reject” to initiate a refund process.
  • The refunded amount will appear in the buyer’s account within 3-5 business days, depending on the bank.
