Sending a parcel with Cyprus Post

Buyer Instructions

After selecting the “Buy Now” button, you will be taken to the checkout page, where you will need to select “Cyprus Post” as your desired delivery method and fill in the requested information.

Seller instructions

After completing payment for the item, the seller receives an email with shipping information to proceed with packaging and shipping the package. 

1. Pack your package carefully (find packaging instructions here ) and prefer a box rather than an envelope.

As shipping costs are prepaid by the buyer and calculated automatically by the system, the weight you enter in the ad should be as accurate as possible and relate to the final weight, including packaging.
The maximum package weight for shipments is 20Kg, while in the event that the item is larger or has an irregular size, the charge may be calculated based on the volumetric weight.
To calculate it, use the following formula:

Volumetric Weight in kilograms = Length x Width x Height in centimeters / 5000

In case of shipping outside Cyprus, you must have completed a Shipping Note / Customs Declaration , which you must present to the post office upon delivery of the package. You can find the form here .

2. Deliver the parcel to a Cyprus Post office and pay for the shipment.

Shipping costs, if already paid, will be credited to your account upon completion of the transaction, along with the amount of your sale.

3. Keep the receipt containing the shipping number. 

After the package is delivered to the post office, you will need to return to the transaction to enter the tracking number. If this does not happen in time, the transaction may be automatically canceled.
